Free + Clear is about reflecting on your recent past and using that wisdom to do a life reset. We'll do a deep dive into both your past year to assess take what we want going forward, and let go of the rest. We gather data on your interior landscape, and then we make better decisions about where you want to go from here. And by “better” I mean more intentional, more joy-focused, and even more courageous.
Here's the flow...
Session 1: Core Desired Feelings
We want to uncover the root of your desire, the power of feelings. You will clarify how you want to feel in your life, and what you want to do, have, and experience in alignment with those feelings.
Session 2: Highlights & Lowlights
You're going to reflect from different vantage points: your heart and your calendar. First the heart, then the logic-brain
Session 3: Micro & Macro Happenings
Session 4: Stop doing
Prepare yourself for massive relief. What you stop doing is just as important as what you start doing. This step is an encouragement for stopping, letting go, and enlightened quitting.
Session 5: Conscious Gratitude
Gratitude changes your brain chemistry. Happy chemicals mean that you've got more clarity and courage. Conscious gratitude as a healing and creative practice.
Session 6: Prioritize Pleasure
Do less of what you don't like and more of what you love. That's it. Less heavy, more light. Less drama. More calm. Less should. More shine
Session 7: Joy, Growth & Habits
We’re going to inventory the joys. Your greatest learnings. And your best new habits and rituals. The things you did for yourself and your life that made a positive difference. Then we’ll look at what didn’t work. And we’ll go in with an observer's mind.
Session 8: Bridging Desires with Intentions
Less should- more shine. Take a deep self-satisfied inhale, and feel the sweetness of being clearer than you were before.
